As usual I am behind on my posting.  Now that summer is in full swing I hope to have a bit more time on my hands and keep up more.  Since the last post all sorts of happenings so I will try to re-cap.
Harper celebrated her 4th birthday and celebrate she did. We had a family party here at the house, a school party, and a girls day just she and I.  She is all about her birthday and I am pretty sure will never shy away from being the center of attention.  It is crazy to think she is that big already, the last 4 years really flew by.  What a sweet, independent, funny, and lovely little girl she has turned into.  I am so happy that I get to be her mommy.  A few pictures from our celebrations.

We had some olympic game action at her party in the form of boys vs. girls relays.  The kids had a blast and I realized I am not cut out to teach pre-school.  Cute to watch.

She got loaded up with tons of outdoor games, riding toys, and art projects.  Great gifts for out outside girl.
She chose the exact same frozen cake as she had the year before.  I tried to push her in another direction but the girl knows what she wants.

The whole crew of kiddos.

Harper before heading out on our girls day.  Lots of jewelry and even a little make-up and perfume.  She is such a girly, girly.

We went to breakfast and had wonderful conversation while she proceeded to eat her weight in french toast.  I don't know where she puts it but the girl can eat.
We headed to Julie so we could both get our hair done.  She was in need of a cut and it turned out so cute. Short hair fits her personality!

We finished our day with a trip to Antioch park and Sheridans ice cream.  I loved spending the day with my sweet girl.  Looking forward to many more girls days.
