quick update

Hello again. Sorry I have been on quite a blogging break. Feels like since school has resumed our lifes have been in a tail spin. So much going on and so little time to soak it all in. Between myself staring school, Greg being back in school, Briggs switching daycares (that is a whole story in itself), planning for Kelli's wedding, and trying to stay sane it has been a crazy few weeks. So much has happened and I promise all will be blogged about by the end of the week. Kelli's wedding was a huge success I can't wait to post pictures and tell you all about it. Harper is now 4 months old and can roll over and has started giggling, so stinking cute. Just wanted you all to know (yes all 3 readers) that we are still alive and kicking and their will be more posts to come. Have a great day!

Precious Babies

I am writing this blog while sitting at my desk at school and so longing to kiss my kiddos. I thought I would be able to go back without being sad this year but I was so wrong. Not only is it an adjustment getting myself and two kids fully dressed, packed, and out the door on time but then dropping off in two different locations is crazy. I am half exhausted and crying because I miss them so much by the time I get off to my own school. I truly love my job and cannot imagine not doing it but god it is hard to leave them in the morning. I know we will hit our stride soon but it has been a rough first week.

I loved every minute of my summer break with the kids. It was so fortunate that I was able to move right from maternity leave into summer, giving me a full15 weeks off. It was so awesome seeing there sweet little faces all day long and share in so many great experiences with them both. I just keep thinking how much fun we will have next summer with Greg and I both off. Well back to the grind stone. A few pictures of the little sweeties.
