After months of wondering if Briggs would forever have only his two cute little chipmunk teeth we have our answer. As of Saturday we now see 6 teeth, 4 on top, 2 on bottom starting to emerge. While we are happy about the arrival of the teeth and the prospect of him eating real food the pain he is experiencing is heartbreaking. We have spent the last two night getting very little sleep or sleeping with him in his room. Thank you baby Tylenol for the few hours we have been able to get. it is so sad to see your little one in pain and if I could switch places with him I would in a heartbeat. From what I hear we should proably be through the worst of it, cross your fingers. Any and all advice on pain relief is wanted and needed. We will keep you posted on "teeth watch 09". Hope to have a picture soon of those new pearly whites.
God I just realized some day I will be sitting in the orthodontist office cursing myself for wishing these teeth would come in.

Bath & Bed
Here are a few pictures of Briggs night time routine. He loves his bath although it has become increasingly hard to keep him seated. Seems crazy just a few months ago he could not even sit up in the tub by himself. We have reached a few milestones these past few weeks first Briggs will now sit and read a whole book without trying to catapult out of your arms. Second we have gone a full two weeks with no crying at bedtime. Let me tell you if you had been in our house a few weeks ago you would be rejoicing too. Bedtime is now bliss!

So I swear I am not a computer idiot but somehow I managed to post his video twice as well. I will get this right soon.
My mom watched Briggs this past week while we are in transistion of child care and he had a great time. Thank you so much mom you are always a lifesaver. Briggs as usually got spoiled rotten but was also able to make a trip to visit me at school. I am posting a few pictures from his big day at school. At one point there were about 20 middle school girls circled around him giggling at him. If only he was about 12 years older he could have really appreciated the experience. He loved playing in the gym and was such a ham for the girls. I only wish I could have him as my co-teacher everyday.

Briggs Walking.... kind of
As promised here is one of Briggs very first meek attempts at walking. He has taken as many as 4 steps in a row. This is not the best video of his new trick but he never seems to want to perform when the camera is out. We are so proud of him just can't believe how much he has grown. Hope to post a longer one later. Hope you had a great weekend.

Yeah!!! I will try to have a video of it posted by tonight again TRY being the keyword. Please send the link for the blog onto anyone I forgot. Hope you like it.
